REGOROGILE – An information campaign on rabies will be held at the multi purpose playground opposite the community centre in Regorogile on Thursday 20 August at 10:00.
According to Roy Ritshuri of the Dept of Labour, individual cases of rabies have occurred during the last 2 years and in an unconfirmed case a child was recently bitten by a stray dog near the railway line.
The importance of having pets vaccinated will be discussed on Thursday, along with other information pertaining to rabies.
