Hit & Run victim found

MODIMOLLE – The corpse of an unknown man was found along the Melkrivier road near Bakovenkrans farm on Monday morning 22 October. The Modimolle police are investigating a case of culpable homicide. The identity of the deceased, presumably a victim of a hit & run accident, has not been established yet. The body was found by farm workers who were patrolling the fence. The victim is presumed to be in his 60’s and was wearing a pair of grey jean trousers, brown belt, green skipper and brown top (SANDF look alike jacket), as well as black shoes. He is about 1,67 m tall, slightly built, light in complexion and has greyish hair.
