THABAZIMBI – The Department of Cooperative Government and Traditional Affairs continued with its mandate of empowering councillors.
Some of TLM councillors who attended the course were rewarded for their good performance this week in Polokwane. They were given certificates of achievement. The course was aimed to capacitate councillors in Financial Management and Leadership. During the course duration councillors were able to interact in many important aspects pertaining to local government. Further training will be organised to equip councillors to do their work more effectively to take and move South Africa Forward.
