Kids are not safe in Thaba
Currently my kids use the bus in Thabazimb to go to school.
About 2 weeks ago my kids was waiting for the bus when a person approached my 9 year old child (form his front yard) and ask that she come to his house for sweets and she said no.
They told me but I ignored it and that it was a onetime thing.
On Tuesday 18 September, my wife called me and told me that other kids and a friend saw him following my younger son from the bus stop to my house with a small brown paper bag in his hand (maybe sweets).
Now what can I do about this situation?
Confront him?
Report him (to whom)?
Ask Kwêvoël to publicise a letter in the paper?
