THABAZIMBI – Ysterberg Primary School was crowned champions for their recent participation in the Marakele Soccer Tournament.
There were four schools participating in the tournament held on the 26th June at Marakele.  Schools that participated were Hangvlei Middle School, Mabogo Pedi High School, Ysterberg Primary School and Deo Gloria Primary School. Ysterberg Primary School first beat Deo Gloria 3-1 in a penalty shoot-out and in the Final they beat Mabogo Pedi High school 2-1 also in a penalty shoot-out. All the players who competed are o/14 years.
