One year accident free shifts for Grinaker-LTA at Union Mine, Swartklip

SWARTKLIP – Grinaker-LTA Mining believe that they can make a difference in the mining industry by working together as a TEAM at the Bushveld complex. By working together as a team they can serve their clients to the best of their ability, supply specialised people and deliver on schedule safely without any harm to people and/or damage to equipment and property. Grinaker-LTA Mining is very proud to announce their 1YEAR INJURY FREE delivery on the Union Silo and wish to make use of this opportunity to thank their most valued resource “our people”, for delivering safely and to their best ability. The following projects were also completed without any harm. They live to their slogan:  “HOME WITHOUT HARM EVERYONE EVERYDAY”. The Amandelbult Orepass Rehabilitation was completed during March 2009 without sustaining any injury. The rehabilitation of the Richard Shaft Material Decline was also done according to our record of ZERO HARM, as well as the Ivan Shaft Rehabilitation. The last three projects were completed without any lost time injury. They care for their most valued resource “our people”. They believe in a good relationship with their clients and they are looking forward to furthering and extending this good relationship.  They have proven during the last couple of years that injury free mining is possible.
