Rhino Mine involved in the community
THABAZIMBI- Rhino Mine is getting involved with the local community through their Social Labor Plan ( SLP) and thereby helping them to help themselves.
Rhino Mine is in the process of helping the community to create jobs for themselves and make a better living.
The mine donated 20 bags of cement and 2 loads of river sand to start the project. They also donated a brick-making machine. The Aganang Community project is the local community’s name that will foresee the project. They will manufacture bricks and the bricks will be sold to generate funds to create more job opportunities and make it a community project worth while to support.
Project coordinator Mr Lucky Sithole of Rhino Mine will make sure that the project will be supported in every possible way. Project coordinator of the Aganang Me Betha Taraea will keep an eye on the project and make sure that the community will know and support this worthy cause. The Mayor of Thabazimbi, Councilor Lucas Matlou also paid a visit to this project and wished them success for the future.
