AMANDELBULT – The repairs to the leaking dam wall, in front of No 8 have now been completed. It seems like the marsh on the fairway of No. 5, resulting from this leaking dam wall, is now under control.
The next project under review, is a new water hazard and fountain in front of No 3. Construction will commence within the next few weeks.
Forthcoming events are : 21 st June 200, IPS, 28 th June 2008, League at Koro Creek. (good luck, Gents), 28 th June 2008 IPS at Amandelbult. (non–league players), 5 th July 2008 Annual Scott Denton Day (Spar Day) and 12 th July 2008 Monthly Medal.
Every Wednesday 7 holes IPS is played, starting as from 15:00.
Please mark your calendars, the annual Mine Managers Charity Day will be played on the 26 th July 2008. This promises to be the prestige event of the year, with many prizes lots of fun and donations being paid over to various charities.
