Amandelbult “C” winner of challenge

Congratulations to Amandelbult “C “who convincingly won the annual Amandelbult / Swartklip Challenge. What a pleasure it was to host a competition with a full field of players, 56 players to be exact, after a few late withdrawals.
It is always a pleasure to have visitors on the course, special thanks to the committee, for the condition of the course and all the arrangements. Also a special thanks to the members, who supported the competition.
As 28 April, 1 and 2 May are public holidays, Amandelbult Golf Club will host official competitions on those days. Play starting at 11:00. Visitors are more than welcome to join in.
On Saturday 3 May, the Club will compete for the Monthly Medal. The new T – box at No.3 and also the new water hole behind  hole No. 3 are also operational as well as the other two water holes, at No.5 and No.8. With big competitions beverages will be sold at the water holes, in order to speed up the play.
Virtually all the projects on the course have been completed. The next projects in the pipeline are the stocking of the pro shop and sorting out the electronic tills, in the club house.
