BARBARA a Proverbs 31 Woman

THABAZIMBI – To many Thabazimbi citizens its a familiar picture, Barbara sitting with all her equipment: a sewing machine, a generator, sewing accessories, materials, gazebo, a day’s food, etc, on the side of the road in Warmbaths avenue, the road toward Pick’nPay.
Barbara makes clothes, repair old clothes; amend clothes, knit jerseys, doing crochet work, making curtains, embroidery and much more.
Barbara is looking for a small working space where she can work from without being interrupted by weather conditions. And where she does not need to pack all her things up every night when she goes home. She is also looking for material and a working over-locker not in use.
This following Bible vers from Proverbs 31 describes her: “Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. She seeks wool, and flax, and works willingly with her hands. She perceives that her merchandise is good: her candle go not out by night. She lays her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. She stretches out her hand to the poor; yea, she reaches forth her hands to the needy. She makes herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. She makes fine linen, and sells it; and delivers girdles unto the merchant. She looks well to the ways of her household, and eats not the bread of idleness. Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.” “…this is Barbara.
